Java Springboot +AWS Developer

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot aligned to scalable microservice patterns.

Build and integrate AWS-based components to support application functionality, scalability, and reliability.

Develop RESTful APIs, service contracts, and backend integrations with strong focus on performance and maintainability.

Implement secure, production-grade solutions including authentication/authorization, secrets handling, and secure communication patterns.

Drive cloud deployment readiness by supporting CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration, and release processes on AWS.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes with monitoring/alerting improvements.

Write clean, testable code create unit and integration tests and ensure high code quality through reviews and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver features within timelines.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and reusable components. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in BTECH, BSC, MTECH, MCA or a related field.

8-10 years of hands-on backend development experience with strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

Proven experience as an AWS Developer building, deploying, and supporting applications on AWS.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, backend design principles, and production-grade coding practices.

Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and resolving issues in distributed systems. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing and implementing microservices with Spring Boot, including service discovery, resiliency, and API versioning strategies.

Strong exposure to AWS services and patterns such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch, and IAM for secure, observable systems.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration approaches (e.g., Docker/ECS/EKS) and cloud deployment best practices.

Experience with data access patterns and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate/JPA) and building efficient persistence layers.

Working knowledge of CI/CD automation and infrastructure practices that improve release velocity and reliability.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, influence design decisions, and guide teams toward maintainable solutions.
