Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with over 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune, Kharadi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient applications.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build robust and optimized SQL queries and work effectively with relational databases.
• Develop microservices leveraging JPA/Hibernate and bestpractice design patterns.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and run applications using Docker, Kubernetes (preferably AKS), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to UI development using React.js, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to analyze requirements, solve complex technical problems, and deliver highquality software.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability on Linux/Unix environments.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.

MustHave Skills

• Java: Strong proficiency in Java programming
• Experience with Java 11 preferred (Java 8 acceptable)
• Spring / Spring Boot: Hands-on experience building applications or microservices using Spring Boot
• SQL & Databases: Ability to write efficient and optimized SQL queries
• Hibernate / JPA: Strong understanding of JPA patterns within Spring applications
• Linux/Unix: Familiarity with basic commands and OS fundamentals
• Cloud: Basic understanding of any public cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Docker & Kubernetes: Knowledge of containerization and orchestration
• Experience with AKS is a plus
• Development Tools: GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, IntelliJ, VS Code
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• UI Technologies: Good knowledge of React.js / Node.js or any modern UI framework

• Terraform: Knowledge of provisioning application infrastructure
