Java Developer – AI-Driven Development
We are seeking a highly motivated Java Developer with 3–6 years of experience who is passionate about building modern, scalable software solutions and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and innovation.
You will work on exciting, mission-critical products in the casino gaming industry as part of cross-functional, self-organizing, and highly autonomous engineering teams. The role involves close collaboration with development leads, product managers, architects, QA teams, and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Specifically, an individual in this role will:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications and microservices.
* Utilize modern AI-powered developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, AI-assisted debugging/testing tools) to accelerate development and improve engineering efficiency.
* Break down business and technical requirements into well-defined development tasks.
* Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-grade code.
* Develop unit, integration, and automated test cases.
* Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and engineering best practices discussions.
* Create and maintain technical documentation for developers, QA teams, and support personnel.
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and observability initiatives.
* Troubleshoot and support production systems as part of Level 3 support activities.
* Collaborate effectively with distributed global teams across different time zones.
* Continuously explore emerging AI tools, frameworks, and development practices to improve software delivery and developer productivity.
