Java Software Engineer

Role: Java Developer

Location: Thane/ Bangalore

Experience Range: 3 - 7 Years

Must Have

• Subject Competency in relevant subjects till 12th Level or higher.
• Experience of working in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development
• Broader understanding of Education System of the Country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi).
• Experience in delivery, tracking, and reporting of eLearning or large assessment programs
• Expert in Content creation in non-Domain areas like General Knowledge, Current Affairs with knowhow of state specific Current Affairs

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Low level design & Development – new / incremental for Banking Products of TCS BaNCS (Core Banking , Payments , Loan Origination etc)
2. Integration of TCS BaNCS systems into customers IT landscape by designing and developing interfaces using data streaming , event architecture , APIs , file etc
3. Troubleshoot problems reported by customer / users
4. Perform Unit Testing of the developed code
5. Automation in the processes
6. Maintain low level documentation like Swagger , Product Design documents
7. Conducts source code reviews
8. Collaborate with Business Analysts / Customers to understand the requirements and translate them into low level design and then code
9. Coordination between onsite and offshore teams to perform the work
10. Performance reviews of the system performance and fixing any glitches
