Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Java
• Build and implement microservices architecture ensuring reliability and fault tolerance
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)
• Collaborate with frontend teams and stakeholders for seamless integration
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Stay updated with backend technologies and industry trends
• Contribute to process improvements and development efficiency

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC)
• Experience in Microservices architecture & containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra)
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs & API Gateways
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts & design patterns
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Good to Have

• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Knowledge of TDD / BDD practices
