Job Description

We're looking for Java Software Engineers!

Responsibilities

Demonstrate up-to-date technical expertise and provide guidance to team members on best practices.
Develop, execute, and improve action plans to meet customer and business needs.
Build relationships with key stakeholders to identify business needs and implement effective solutions.
Design, code, unit test, and deploy high-performance, scalable backend applications.
Work on distributed systems, microservices, and containerized applications.
Utilize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
Apply knowledge of multithreading, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to develop robust applications.
Mentor team members and contribute to building technical talent within the team.
Model compliance with company policies, values, and ethical standards, assisting others in applying these principles in business processes.
