Responsibilities
- Demonstrate up-to-date technical expertise and provide guidance to team members on best practices.
- Develop, execute, and improve action plans to meet customer and business needs.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to identify business needs and implement effective solutions.
- Design, code, unit test, and deploy high-performance, scalable backend applications.
- Work on distributed systems, microservices, and containerized applications.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Apply knowledge of multithreading, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to develop robust applications.
- Mentor team members and contribute to building technical talent within the team.
- Model compliance with company policies, values, and ethical standards, assisting others in applying these principles in business processes.
