Job Title: Java Developer – Cloud CRM

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our Cloud CRM team. You will be responsible for building and scaling core applications that power our CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, scale, and maintain Cloud CRM applications
• Contribute to product architecture and roadmap
• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code
• Mentor junior engineers and lead by example

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience in Java
• Strong in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with MySQL (mandatory); Redis/MongoDB (added advantage)
• Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills
• B.Tech from IIT or B.E. in Computer Science from a top NIT/REC
• Self-motivated with a passion for building scalable systems
