Java Software Engineer

Northern Arc Capital Limited is hiring for the Bangalore location and is looking for candidates who can join immediately. Only immediate joiners will be considered.

JOB OBJECTIVE

The incumbent in this role will be part of a highly dynamic environment. It will contribute to building a lending ecosystem for the future, featuring a world-class platform that connects lenders and borrowers through innovative, secure, and user-friendly technology. (s)He will be fully hands-on and contribute to the software design and implementation, adhering to the development schedules, ensuring the highest quality standards.

1- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Working on Agile development approach, and participating in scoping the project and timelines

Own the delivery and manage expectations with stakeholders for their module/application

Work closely with architects and other team members to formulate and execute project plans

Drive from concept to delivery, adhering to quality standards and timelines amidst ambiguous inputs

Manage cross-functional teams consisting of developers, vendors, and business users.

Resolve conflicts and drive issues to resolution

Lead the delivery independently with minimal supervision, ensuring a high level of efficiency

2- QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

BE/B.Tech(CSE, Electronics preferred) and 2to 5 Years of relevant experience

Solid understanding and experience in Agile SDLC approach
