Java Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance scalable Microservices-based applications.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with SQL databases to design schemas, write optimized queries, and improve performance.
• Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Build and deploy applications on AWS cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java
• Good experience with Spring Boot
• Expertise in Microservices Architecture
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database optimization
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Experience working with Apache Kafka
• Good understanding of REST APIs, design patterns, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
