Job Summary

Enrich Money is looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our product development team in Chennai. This role involves developing robust, scalable backend systems and APIs using Java technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, RESTful services, and database integrations and should be passionate about building secure, high-performance fintech solutions.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support web and mobile front-end applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
• Manage and interact with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and maintain high code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and agile development ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Work with DevOps tools like Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing services and applications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to improve performance and maintainability.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MSC).
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and containerization tools (Docker).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.
• Prior experience in fintech or a similar domain is an added advantage.

Interview Process and Work Arrangements

• L2 & Final Rounds will be conducted virtually.
