Java Software Engineer

Hiring: Java Developer | 8+ Years Experience

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our engineering team.

Must: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java-based enterprise applications.
• Build secure, high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot.
• Integrate applications with databases, external APIs, and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and development teams.
• Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
• Stay current with emerging Java technologies and industry best practices.

Required Technical Skills :

• 8+ years of Java development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17+
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
• Strong experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, and Data Structures
• Experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL
• Good knowledge of SQL and query optimization
• Experience with Git
• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle

Preferred Skills

• Docker and containerization
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Monitoring and logging tools
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
