Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Team Leader with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Redis, Kafka, and Microservices, along with solid architectural and team-leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Telecom domain, particularly around 3G/4G/5G networks, 3GPP specifications, and Policy & Charging systems such as PCC, PCF, and PCRF.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, including Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, design patterns, inter-service communication, and deployment strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, event streaming, messaging, and real-time data processing.
- Hands-on experience with Redis as a caching layer and data store.
- Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of scalable, resilient, and high-performance architecture.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical and performance issues.
Telecom Domain – Mandatory
- Strong understanding of 3G/4G/5G networks.
- Good knowledge of relevant 3GPP specifications.
- Hands-on/domain experience with Policy & Charging Systems.
- Experience with PCC / PCF / PCRF is mandatory.
- Understanding of telecom core-network applications and service delivery is highly relevant to this role.
