Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer (6+ years) with strong handson expertise in building scalable, highperformance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, databases, and modern development practices. This role requires strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build, optimize, and deploy microservicesbased architectures.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.
- Participate in requirements analysis and convert business needs into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Integrate applications with internal and external systems through APIs.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and security.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong handson experience with Core Java, Java 8+, and OOP principles.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
- Experience building and maintaining Microservices architectures.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs.
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and query optimization.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Handson experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle).
- Good understanding of cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
