Java Software Engineer

Role Summary:

We are looking for backend engineers who can build and operate scalable, high-performance systems powering real-time logistics and fleet management solutions. This role requires strong backend fundamentals, data handling capabilities, and the ability to debug and optimize systems in production environments. AI tools can support your workflow, but strong engineering judgment and problem-solving skills remain critical.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot)

• Design and develop robust REST APIs supporting high-volume, real-time logistics data

• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL to manage large-scale operational data

• Implement caching, optimization, and performance tuning (Redis preferred)

• Debug and resolve production issues including latency, failures, and data inconsistencies

• Collaborate with product, frontend, and operations teams to deliver reliable solutions

• Contribute to system design decisions focused on scalability, reliability, and efficiency

• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of hands-on backend development experience

• Strong proficiency in Java + Spring Boot

• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs

• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and backend design principles

• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with Redis, Kafka, or event-driven architectures

• Exposure to microservices-based systems

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
