- Proven experience building, deploying, or contributing to custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and agentic AI architectures.
- Agentic Interoperability: Demonstrated hands-on experience building multi-agent systems, particularly using open-source agent protocols (A2A, ACP, or MCP).
- Data Security & Governance: Ensure all LLM queries routed through the MCP layer comply with strict enterprise data privacy rules, utilizing built-in telemetry to track usage and prevent data leaks.
- Security & Compliance Mindset: Expertise in implementing granular token authentication and designing secure zero-trust boundaries for external code executions.
- Industry Domain (Preferred): Background in FinTech, PropTech, GIS (Geospatial Information Systems), or quantitative mortgage/real estate modeling.
