Java + React Professional

Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Be hands-on with full stack development, with a strong preference for React, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Technical Artifacts & Documentation: Describe business rules as clear technical artifacts for analysts, business product managers, and any functional team dependent on this information.
• Testing & Bug Resolution: Perform thorough unit tests, actively resolve bugs, and take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects to production.
• GenAI Leadership: Act as a thought leader in integrating GenAI capabilities into product development.
• Troubleshooting & Analysis: Be comfortable analyzing system logs to identify and resolve bugs during the course of analysis.
• Technical Collaboration: Discuss technical implementation details effectively with architects and other technical teams.
• Platform Building: Collaborate with engineering teams to build robust, reliable, and scalable platforms.
• Requirement Synthesis: Synthesize diverse requirements into a common set of platform and services capabilities.
• Value Proposition & Communication: Responsible for value proposition definition, facilitating communications across technical, business, and product functions, conducting cost/benefit analysis, and delivering executive presentations.
• Monitoring & Metrics: Partner with business operations and analytics teams to build appropriate monitoring capabilities and metrics to track platform health and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Product Requirement Definition: Define clear and detailed product requirements by writing thorough user stories for complex features and product sets.
• Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between business units, business product managers, engineering, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless integration of new and existing feature sets.
• Execution Focus: Be highly execution-focused, working in conjunction with various counterparts across functions.
• Global Product Vision: Ensure product vision and requirements are designed with a long-term perspective, enabling global launch with minimal adjustments.
• Leadership Reporting: Work closely with senior leadership, providing regular status updates, action plans, and recommendations.

Required Skills:
