What You'll Do:
- Application Development & Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration across systems.
- Work on full-stack development, covering frontend (React) and backend (Java/J2EE).
- Implement microservices architecture and integrate messaging systems like Apache Kafka.
- System Design & Architecture
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and scalable solutions.
- Define and implement cloud-native architectures using Azure Cloud technologies.
- Ensure adherence to distributed system design patterns and best practices.
- Participate in solution envisioning, estimation, and feasibility analysis.
- DevOps & Cloud Enablement
- Lead implementation of CI/CD/CT pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based environments.
- Ensure secure and optimized Azure cloud deployments.
- Automate build, release, and deployment processes.
- Code Quality & Optimization
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement automated testing frameworks using tools like JUnit, Cucumber, Mockito, Selenium.
- Identify and resolve production and non-production issues.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, and Architects).
- Provide clear technical communication and project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure smooth integration across multiple systems and client environments.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.
- Drive adoption of best engineering practices and agile methodologies.
- Act as a technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Java, React, and Cloud technologies.
- Support team in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Support & Maintenance
- Provide technical support and consultation for application and infrastructure issues.
- Proactively monitor applications and ensure system stability and uptime.
- Continuously improve development environments, tools, and processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture with deep understanding of backend development.
- Proven experience in React.js and modern frontend frameworks for building responsive, scalable UI applications.
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP) and system integration across enterprise applications.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure) with experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application development.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and query optimization.
- Experience working with Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems for distributed systems.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, Selenium.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid delivery and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to mentor team members and drive technical excellence across teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and leadership effectively.
