Capgemini is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js to join our engineering team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying highquality applications in an agile environment, collaborating with crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance, UI responsiveness, and API efficiency.
- Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver highquality solutions.
- Implement best practices around coding standards, architecture, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution and rootcause analysis.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes (if applicable).
MustHave Skills :
Backend Development
- Strong experience in Java
- Handson expertise with Spring Boot
- Ability to build and consume RESTful APIs
Frontend Development
- Proficiency in React.js
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong skills in HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience building responsive and intuitive UI
Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience across the full SDLC: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Ability to follow coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
DevOps & CI/CD
- Working knowledge of Git
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
- Familiarity with Docker
