We are seeking an experienced
Java Project Manager with Fullstack expertise to lead delivery of internal tools powering our US IT recruitment platform. This hands-on leadership role combines technical architecture (Java microservices, React frontend, MySQL) with end-to-end project governance. Based onsite in Lucknow, Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad, you will own planning, execution, and adoption of mission-critical platforms used across recruitment, candidate management, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of internal tools from discovery, scoping, to release and adoption
- Lead planning, estimation, sprint management, and release governance across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and US clients to define outcomes and priorities
- Translate business requirements into technical epics, user stories, and solution architecture
- Provide technical direction for Java microservices, React UI/UX, and MySQL database optimization
- Drive engineering excellence: code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security
- Manage dependencies, risks, change requests, and maintain transparent status dashboards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, InfoSec, Recruitment, Sales)
- Conduct stakeholder communication: cadence meetings, demos, executive updates with data-backed narratives
- Champion developer productivity, quality metrics, and continuous improvement (retrospectives, RCAs)
Required Technical Expertise
- Backend: Java 8+ (11/17 preferred), Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
- APIs: RESTful services, JSON, service-to-service communication (HTTP/gRPC/message queues)
- Frontend: React.js (Hooks, Context/Redux, component architecture), modern tooling (Vite/Webpack, Node.js)
- Database: MySQL design/optimization (indexing, query performance, transactions, migrations)
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps), Docker containerization
- Version Control: Git branching strategies, code review processes, quality gates
- 12+ years fullstack development + project management experience
- B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT) or equivalent
Required Leadership Skills
- Proven track record managing complex internal tools delivery for enterprise platforms
- Strong stakeholder management with business, technical, and executive audiences
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and cross-functional team coordination
- Excellent English communication (written + verbal) for US client interactions
- Analytical mindset for risk management, dependency tracking, and metrics-driven decisions
