Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a Java Production Support professional with 3–5 years of experience to provide application support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution for enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure timely incident resolution.
* Develop, debug, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Struts, and Hibernate/JPA.
* Monitor application performance, analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
* Work with SQL/PL-SQL for database queries, troubleshooting, and data-related issues.
* Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to resolve production issues and ensure application stability.
Key Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in **Java Production Support / Application Support**.
* Strong hands-on experience with **Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Struts**.
* Good experience with **Hibernate/JPA and AngularJS**.
* Strong knowledge of **SQL / PL-SQL** and database troubleshooting.
* Strong debugging, problem-solving, incident management, and production support skills.
