What You'll Do:

• Investigate, debug & resolve production issues end-to-end.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & share detailed findings.
• Implement clean, testable fixes using Java + Spring Boot.
• Monitor applications, databases, and AWS services.
• Use tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana to ensure system health.
• Collaborate with Product & Dev teams to deliver quick, quality resolutions.
• Maintain SLAs & ensure a top-notch customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on Java + Spring Boot experience.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting & log analysis skills.
• Good grasp of Core Java, OOPs, REST APIs, Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication & ownership mindset.

Bonus Points For:

• 2+ years in Production / L3 Support.
• Experience with APM tools, microservices, or AWS.
• Performance tuning & optimization experience.
