Java MS Lead

Description

We are seeking a Java MS Lead with 10-15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role is based in India and requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Microsoft technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the software development lifecycle
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and recommend relevant improvements to the team

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in Java-based software development with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies including .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure or AWS is a plus
