Job Description

Job Title: Java Microservices Developer

Interview Drive: Virtual – 11th July

Budget: Senior Associate: Up to ₹30 LPA

Role Overview : Highly skilled hands onSenior Backend Engineers to work on large-scale, mission-critical banking platforms at Wells Fargo. The role focuses on building and maintaining event-driven, cloud-native microservices using Apache Kafka and Spring Boot, ensuring high availability, scalability, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Kafka-based event streaming solutions for high-volume transactional systems
  • Build Spring Boot microservices following domain-driven and microservices architecture principles
  • Implement asynchronous, fault-tolerant messaging patterns using Kafka topics, partitions, and consumer groups
  • Deploy and manage applications on PCF and public cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
  • Ensure performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and production stability
  • Collaborate with client architects and platform teams on design reviews and architecture decisions
  • Participate in stringent code reviews, security reviews, and compliance checks

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Apache Kafka
  • Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
  • Cloud platforms – AWS / GCP / Azure (mandatory)
  • REST APIs, CI/CD, DevOps awareness
