Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Java Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience in product development, ideally from premier institutes like IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, or other top-tier Engineering colleges in India. As part of our elite development team, you will be expected to solve complex technical problems, design scalable systems, and deliver high-impact solutions at faster pace. You will also lead Engineers, drive end-to-end project execution, and work closely with clients to convert business needs into practical technical solutions.

Mode of Work: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-performance Java applications.
  
• Translate complex client problems into simple, scalable technical solutions.
  
• Break down business requirements into actionable tasks for the team and drive execution.
  
• Lead and mentor team members to improve their technical capabilities and development speed.
  
• Own architectural decisions, design discussions, and ensure high code quality through reviews and best practices.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  
• Maintain a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies to improve development productivity and product quality.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 7 to 10 years of hands-on Java development experience, including experience in leading small to mid-sized teams and managing technical delivery.
  
• Strong experience in building complex products/applications and distributed systems from the ground up.
  
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, Java internals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
  
• Proven ability to design and deliver high-performance systems with speed and precision.
  
• Exposure to RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and project ownership abilities.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA from IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, or other top-tier institutions.
  
• Prior recognitions, awards, or rapid growth within previous organizations is a big plus.
  
• Proven ability to develop and deliver in fast paced environment without compromising on quality.
