Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality Java-based software applications.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve project goals and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to enhance technical skills.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
  • Drive technical decision-making and support project planning and execution.
