Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services usingJava (17-21)andSpring Boot (3.x)
- Build and managemicroservices-based architecturewith strong focus on performance and reliability
- Develop and optimize database solutions usingMS SQL ServerandMongoDB
- Ensure data integrity by implementingdatabase consistency, locking, and transaction management strategies
- Implement event-driven architecture usingApache Kafka
- Work withJSON and XMLfor data exchange and API integrations
- Containerize applications usingDockerand deploy/manage them withKubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design, deployment, and optimization
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance tuning recommendations
- Follow best coding practices, code reviews, and CI/CD processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience withJava 17/21and core Java concepts
- Hands-on experience withSpring Boot (3.x+)and related frameworks
- Solid experience inRelational (MS SQL)andNoSQL (MongoDB)databases
- Deep understanding of:
- Transactions
- DB consistency and locking mechanisms
- Experience withKafka for messaging and event streaming
- Proficiency in handlingJSON/XML data formats
- Experience withDocker and Kubernetesin a production environment
- Experience withmicroservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Familiarity withcloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exposure tosystem design and distributed systems concepts
