Java Lead Developer

Key Deliverables:

1. Design, develop, and support scalable microservices for a high-performance enterprise platform.
2. Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and technical proof of concepts with senior engineering leadership.
3. Own quality through test automation, CI/CD practices, and performance optimization.
4. Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Build distributed systems using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs.
2. Implement scalable cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure/GCP with robust database integration.
3. Drive agile development practices, document design, and manage complex software challenges.
4. Present architecture diagrams (e.g., C4 model), conduct design discussions, and guide system scalability and resiliency.
