Java Lead Consultant

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. Develop scalable, reusable, and secure RESTful APIs and backend services. Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture workshops. Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Implement application integration using messaging and event-driven architectures. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex production issues. Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Mentor and guide development teams on technical design and implementation best practices. Contribute to DevOps, automation, and CI/CD adoption across projects. Required Skills 9-15 years of experience in Java application development. Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA. Extensive experience in Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems. Deep understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, OOP Concepts, and software engineering best practices. Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or other messaging platforms. Knowledge of API security mechanisms including OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, and secure coding practices. Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Strong experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree: B.E / B.Tech or equivalent Master's Degree: MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc or equivalent (preferred) The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Java professional with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices, capable of leading complex development initiatives and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
