Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, Spring Boot, Microservices, and IBM Flowable to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications. The role involves working across the full software development lifecycle, creating RESTful APIs, optimizing databases, and deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as PCF or Azure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, code, implement, and maintain enterprise Java/J2EE applications following best practices
Prepare detailed technical design documents and contribute to solution architecture
Develop and maintain RESTful services with Spring Boot and Spring Security
Design, code, and optimize database queries, triggers, and stored procedures in MS SQL or Oracle PLSQL
Implement microservices architecture using Spring Cloud, Cloud Gateway, Discovery Server, Config Server, and related Spring modules
Integrate IBM Flowable library for workflow and process automation
Follow Agile / Scaled Agile Methodology and Scrum processes for software development
Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as PCF or Azure
Maintain application quality through code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Work with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps for automated builds and deployments
Utilize version control systems like Git or Bitbucket and build tools such as Maven or Gradle
Leverage Unix/Linux environments and JMS, XML, JSON for enterprise integration

Required Skills

Strong expertise in IBM Flowable library (mandatory)
Advanced Java (Java 8+), OOPS, Multithreading
Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Cloud Gateway
RESTful APIs and WebMVC development
ORM frameworks: Hibernate, JPA
Databases: MS SQL, Oracle PLSQL
Unix/Linux, JMS, XML, JSON
CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps
Source control: Git / Bitbucket
Agile / Scrum development methodologies
Experience with Datamart / Data Lake integration
