Role Description
We are looking for a Java Lead / Architect with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, capable of designing scalable solutions and leading development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Java development team
- Architect scalable, secure, microservicesbased applications
- Guide teams throughout the SDLC with strong technical oversight
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps for smooth delivery
- Review code, enforce best practices, and drive technical decisions
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system performance
Required Skills:
- Strong Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading
- Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices architecture
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker; Kubernetes preferred
- Exposure to cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus)
- Good communication and team leadership abilities
- Design patterns, architecture diagrams
- Experience in performance tuning and eventdriven systems
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
