Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop: Architect and build event-driven microservices using Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
- Stream Processing: Develop and maintain high-throughput streaming pipelines using Kafka Streams and Kafka Connect.
- Optimization: Tune Kafka clusters, optimize consumer lag, and ensure message delivery guarantees (at-least-once, exactly-once).
- Integration: Integrate Kafka with various data sinks/sources (databases, cloud storage, APIs).
- Monitoring & Maintenance: Ensure high availability, security, and performance of messaging systems.
- Collaboration: Work alongside Data Scientists, DevOps teams, and Product Managers to align streaming data with business requirements.
