Job Description: Java Fullstack Developer (React)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Fullstack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will work across the full technology stack — from backend services to frontend user interfaces — collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle — requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Work with relational/NoSQL databases for data persistence and management.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline processes for automated build, test, and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java fullstack development (adjust based on seniority needed).
• Strong proficiency in Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security).
• Solid understanding and practical experience building Microservices architecture.
• Strong frontend development experience using React.js, including Hooks, Redux/Context API, and component-based architecture.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle; exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA for ORM.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of build tools (Maven/Gradle) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
