Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong architecture exposure to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java-based backend development, modern frontend technologies, workflow automation, cloud services, and distributed systems. The role requires hands-on development along with the ability to contribute to application architecture, technical design, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications.

Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and technology selection.

Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred).

Design and implement business workflows using Camunda BPM.

Integrate applications with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

Develop efficient data access layers using JPA/Hibernate and relational databases.

Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud services.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and adoption of engineering best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

6–10 years of experience in full-stack application development.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Security.

Hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate.

Experience with Camunda BPM (Workflow Engine) for business process automation.

Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.

Experience with Messaging Queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

Solid knowledge of Linux environments, shell scripting, and deployment.

Good working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and SQS/SNS.

Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.

Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and API integration.

Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in application architecture and solution design.

Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).

Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated deployments.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

Experience with event-driven architecture.

Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.

AWS certifications or experience with cloud-native application development.

Strong Skills : DSA, Spring Internals, Spring Security, Java, Camunda*, Solid Principals, Spring JPA, Different stereotypes, Global Exception handling, Performance tuning

Experience mentoring developers and driving technical best practices.
