Java Fullstack - Lead

Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Lead to design, develop, and lead end-to-end enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in Java along with modern frontend technologies, and proven experience in leading development teams, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring high-quality delivery & good BFSI domain experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership
. Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications.
. Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
. Review code and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
. Provide technical mentorship to developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
Full Stack Development
. Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture.
. Build responsive UI using Angular.
. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
. Work on database design and optimization (SQL).
Project Delivery
. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements.
. Break down requirements into technical tasks and manage sprint planning.
. Ensure timely delivery with high-quality output.
Team Management
. Lead and manage a team of developers.
. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Core Technical Skills
. Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
. Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
. Frontend skills: Angular / React / JavaScript / TypeScript
. Experience in building REST APIs and web services
. Knowledge of database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
. Understanding of design patterns and data structures
