Key Responsibilities
. Define and drive enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
. Lead strategic technical decisions related to application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.
. Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.
. Establish engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across teams.
. Lead engineering teams and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
. Drive implementation of non-functional requirements including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.
. Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives ensuring future-ready application ecosystems.
. Collaborate with leadership teams and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy.
. Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices.
. Identify technical risks and architectural gaps proactively while defining mitigation strategies for long-term platform stability.
