A seasoned Java Lead Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in core Java development, deployment, team leadership, and coding, skilled in Java, Spring Boot, Shell scripting, and frontend technologies like React (preferred) or Angular. Strong in RDBMS such as MS SQL with the ability to independently write complex SQL queries, along with solid knowledge of Unix, debugging, time complexities, and object-oriented and multithreading concepts. Proficient in GitLab/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines, capable of contributing to backend and UI tasks as required, and experienced in modernizing tech stacks and implementing GenAI applications. Open to working in EMEA shifts (1PM-10PM or 2PM-10PM), with added advantage of exposure to banking, compliance, capital markets, finance, equities, and bonds. Suitable candidates should have 7-10 years of relevant core Java experience with strong backend and database capabilities and flexibility to work across the full stack when needed.
