Role & Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:
  • Programming Languages: Java EE, Java 8/11, XML, JSON, SQL
  • Frameworks: Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, Struts, Hibernate
  • Databases: DB2, SQL Server, Oracle
  • IDE Tools: Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA
  • CI/CD Tools: Git, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Tekton
  • Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux, Windows
Soft Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High adaptability in dynamic and evolving environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced, agile settings

Key Skills
Following Key Skills are required:
  • Experience:
  • 5-6 years of overall software development experience.
  • 5+ years of strong backend development expertise using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with a focus on RESTful services.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills and deep proficiency in Java.
  • Solid understanding of Java Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Design principles.
  • Experience deploying application components on Apache Tomcat and OpenShift platforms.
  • Proficiency in using Git for source control, and Maven and Jenkins for build and deployment.
  • Domain Knowledge:
  • Hands-on experience managing Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) projects within Banking & Financial Services.
  • Exposure to AML, financial crime, and risk management vendor tools such as KYC and other related solutions.
  • Work Environment & Practices:
  • Prior experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
