Preferred Qualifications

Required

• 4–12 years of professional software engineering experience depending on level, with strong hands-on experience across Front-End and Back-End engineering.
• Candidates with 4 to 6 years experience will typically be considered for Senior Member Technical (P2).
• Candidates with 6 to 12 years experience demonstrating greater technical leadership may be considered for Technology Lead (P3).
• More experienced candidates may also mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical direction, participate in architectural discussions and help drive engineering best practices across the team.
• Strong commercial experience developing enterprise applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong commercial experience developing enterprise-grade Front-End applications using Angular and/or ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience building responsive, component-based web applications and integrating Front-End applications with RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs, distributed applications or cloud-native applications.
• Experience with Git-based source control, Maven, AWS and one or more major RDBMS, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience working within CI/CD pipelines, automated testing practices and modern DevOps environments.
• Experience writing automated tests across the application stack, including Front-End tests using Playwright, Cypress or similar frameworks, and Back-End/API tests using appropriate testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to show flexibility and reach compromise where appropriate.
• Proven experience working with Agile SDLC methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Willingness to take ownership for assigned aspects of the project(s) and proven ability to work constructively in a shared team environment; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline; Full Professional Proficiency in English.
