Role Overview

We are looking for a Java Trainer with strong command over Core Java fundamentals and Java Full Stack basics, focused on teaching industry-asked concepts. The role emphasizes clear conceptual understanding, hands-on basics, and introductory exposure to cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Train learners on Core Java concepts commonly asked in interviews
• Deliver hands-on sessions with simple, real-world examples
• Introduce Java Full Stack fundamentals (backend + basic frontend)
• Provide basic exposure to project deployment on cloud
• Mentor learners and clarify interview-focused concepts

Must-Have Skills

• Core Java (Primary Focus)
• OOP concepts
• Exception Handling
• Collections Framework
• Multithreading basics
• Java 8 features (Streams, Lambdas)
• JVM, Memory concepts (interview-level)

Full Stack (Foundational)

• Spring / Spring Boot basics
• REST APIs
• SQL & database fundamentals
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basics)

Cloud (Intro Only)

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Simple application deployment flow
• Git & GitHub basics

Teaching Style Expected
