Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali for a Java Full Stack Trainer. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering training modules on Java Full Stack development, mentoring students, and ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience. The trainer will also be tasked with preparing course materials, evaluating student progress, and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java Full Stack technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java programming, Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate), and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and backend development
- Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js)
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and instructional skills with the ability to mentor and guide students
- Previous experience as a trainer or educator in full stack development is a plus
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred
