Mandatory Skills

• Java: Proficiency in Java 9 with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance HealthCare applications using core FS technologies Java combined with Agentic AI capabilities.
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows leveraging LLMs, tools, and multi-step reasoning.
• Develop Human-in-the-Loop (HiTL) mechanisms to Validate, Refine, and Govern Agent Outputs.
• Integrate Agents with Enterprise APIs, Databases, and Microservices.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Vector Databases and Embeddings.
• Apply Agentic Architecture and Orchestration Patterns (e.g., ReAct, role-based agents).
• Optimize AI-assisted Pipelines for Performance, Scalability, Reliability, and Cost.
• Adhere to defined Architecture, Security, and Coding Standards.
• Maintain 95%+ unit test coverage and produce required Design Artifacts.
• Participate fully in SCRUM rituals and deliver sprint commitments.
