Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Framework, and modern frontend technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot to meet business requirements
- Develop scalable and secure frontend applications using React.js or Angular to ensure optimal user experience and responsiveness
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions to support business-critical applications and system integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for application solutions
- Participate in application architecture discussions, conduct code reviews, execute testing activities, plan deployments, and provide production support
- Troubleshoot application issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions to improve system stability and performance
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes
- Ensure compliance with software development best practices, coding standards, security requirements, and governance policies
- Work closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and quality assurance teams to support application releases and environment management
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability
Required competencies and certifications
- Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot for backend application development
- Proficiency in frontend technologies including React.js or Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Experience with source code management, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices such as Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Maven, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, including performance tuning and query optimization
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and application deployment processes
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and deliver effective solutions within project timelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 to 7years of relevant experience in full-stack application development within enterprise environments
