As a Full Stack Java Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience, will play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of developers. Will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture and Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures for web applications. Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Development: Participate in hands-on coding and development of both front-end and back-end components using Java and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Provide constructive feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of APIs and third-party services. Manage and optimize data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architectures, design specifications, and process guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Java and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Backend Skills: Proficiency in Java and related frameworks such as Spring Boot, React, or similar. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Frontend Skills: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
