About The Role
We're looking for a passionate Java Developer with 3–6 years of experience to join our engineering team. You'll work on modern product development, scalable backend systems, cloud-ready applications, and AI-assisted software development while collaborating with a talented team of engineers.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and maintain REST APIs and Microservices
- Develop cloud-ready, distributed applications
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
- Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices
Must-Have Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Java development(Min 3 Years)
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA
- Experience building Microservices and REST APIs
- Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Clean Coding Practices
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Working knowledge of Git
- Hands on experience with Frontend Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular)
- Experience with Maven or Gradle
Good To Have
- Experience with AWS or cloud environments
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
