Job Title: Lead React + Java Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead React + Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Sony India Software Centre. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing robust web applications using React and Java, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring code quality and best practices while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable web applications using React for frontend and Java for backend.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define application requirements and establish project timelines.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to development best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application and development processes.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Proficiency in React.js for frontend development.

- Strong experience in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Understanding of version control systems such as Git.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Proven experience in leading software development teams.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
