We are looking for a
Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for building and maintaining robust web applications across both the front-end and back-end layers. The role involves developing responsive user interfaces, designing and integrating APIs, managing databases, and ensuring application performance, scalability, and security. The candidate will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and continuously improve the application architecture and user experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Develop backend services using Java & Spring Boot
Build responsive front-end applications using React / Angular
Design and consume secure REST APIs
Work on microservices-based architectures
Deploy and manage applications in AWS
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
Optimize applications for performance and scalability
Support enterprise production deployments
Contribute to AI-enabled features where applicable
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
Must Have:
4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
Strong backend expertise:
- Java 8+
- Spring Boot
- RESTful API development
Frontend experience:
- React (preferred) or Angular
- JavaScript / TypeScript
Strong understanding of:
- SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server)
- API authentication & authorisation (JWT / OAuth basics)
- Version control using Git
- Understanding of cloud fundamentals (AWS preferred)
Nice to Have:
Cloud & Architecture
- AWS hands-on experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, EKS)
- Docker & containerization
- Kubernetes exposure
- CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Event-driven systems (SQS, Kafka)
- Microservices & distributed systems design
AI / Intelligent Systems Exposure (Emerging Capability)
- Basic understanding of LLM concepts (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience integrating AI APIs into applications
- Knowledge of:
- Embeddings & vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch vector search)
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns
- Exposure to Python for AI-related integrations (good to have)
- Understanding of prompt engineering basics
- Familiarity with AI governance, security, or API cost optimisation
- Experience building chat interfaces or AI-powered workflows (nice bonus)
