Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly-skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 8-12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, be self-motivated, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Java and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Participate in agile development process including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development
• Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and JPA
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS or ReactJS
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
