Java Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer AWS React Java with AI Automation Focus Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Full Stack Engineer who excels in problem-solving and takes full ownership of their work. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently lead and deliver projects, proactively identify inefficiencies, and automate repetitive processes using modern AI tools and agent-based solutions. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of assigned projects from design to delivery, ensuring quality and timeline adherence Solve complex technical problems with scalable and maintainable solutions Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern technologies Build responsive and high-performance front-end applications using React expert level Develop backend services and APIs using Java expert level Work with cloud services on AWS intermediate level for deployment, scaling, and system reliability Identify repetitivemanual processes and create intelligent automation solutions using AI tools and agents Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining the ability to work independently Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and developer efficiency Required Skills Qualifications Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Ability to own featuresprojects end-to-end with minimal supervision React Expert deep understanding of component architecture, hooks, performance optimization Java expert solid backend development experience, API design, and integration AWS Intermediate experience with services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, or similar Experience designing scalable and maintainable systems Familiarity with CICD pipelines and modern development practices AI Automation Expectations Ability to identify repetitive or redundant tasks and automate them Experience or strong interest in using AI tools, agents, or workflows to improve efficiency Build simple but effective automation solutions not necessarily complex ML systems Focus on reducing manual effort and increasing productivity across engineering workflows Nice-to-Have Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code Familiarity with Heroku for application deployment and management Exposure to AI frameworks, agent orchestration tools, or workflow automation platforms What Were Looking For Someone who takes initiative and responsibility A self-starter who can work independently without constant guidance A pragmatic engineer who values impact over complexity A mindset focused on automation and continuous improvement
