Java Full Stack Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java along with hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java (17/21), Spring Boot 3.x, and Spring Cloud
• Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using Angular or React (TypeScript)
• Design, develop, and consume REST APIs; exposure to gRPC/GraphQL is a plus
• Work on event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Collaborate on API integrations and API gateway implementations (Kong/Apigee)
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and monitoring
• Contribute to observability, performance tuning, and application scalability
• Define and follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
• Support cloud deployments and infrastructure using AWS/Azure and IaC tools (Terraform/Bicep)
• Participate in incident management and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills

Backend:

• Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
• Hibernate/JPA
• REST API development

Frontend:

• Angular or React (with TypeScript)
• HTML5, CSS3
• SPA performance optimization and accessibility

Database & Storage:

• PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle
• Redis
• Basic knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases

Integration & Security:

• Kafka / RabbitMQ
• API Gateways (Kong/Apigee)
• OAuth2, OIDC, JWT

Platform & DevOps:

• Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Helm
• Cloud platforms: AWS or Azure (basic knowledge)
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or Bicep

Good to Have

• Experience in microservices architecture
• Knowledge of SLOs, observability, and performance engineering
• Exposure to platform engineering and modernization initiatives
